As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will support accounting and financial tracking for multi-companies and multi-locations. You will share in the team's impact on all financial accounting and reporting aspects. You will be responsible for the accurate collection and costing of labor. The ideal candidate possesses critical thinking and analytical skills to drive continuous process improvements while focusing on operational excellence. Success in this position is critical to realizing Blue Origin’s goal of lowering the cost of access to space.This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention toward safe and repeatable spaceflight. Passion for our Mission is required!Responsibilities:

Support time collection process by helping employees and following up on missing timesheetsEnsure all employees data matches with HR and ERP systemPost weekly/bi-weekly Timesheet data into ERP systemEnsure corrections to timesheet data are entered accurately and timelySupport Blue Origin employees by working labor tickets and labor e-mailsAssist with general ledger analysis, month-end close, and quarter-end close activities which would include reconciling labor hours posted to payroll paymentsIdentify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementationProvide support and schedules for external and internal auditsManage special projects and perform duties as requiredMinimum qualifications:

1+ year of professional experience in payroll, labor accounting, or timekeepingStrong proficiency in MS ExcelStrong written and oral communication skillsMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Desired:
