Our client is a leading provider of information management systems, serving a diverse base of industries such as higher education, healthcare, government, legal, finance, and human resources. They are looking for a Software Sales Executive to lead the ECM sales team and drive business growth.Position Summary
As the Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving and delivering budgeted bookings and revenue goals for the company. You will provide overall sales leadership, develop plans and strategies for growing business, and achieve sales goals. You will work closely with service delivery and technical teams to manage client issues and expectations.Key Responsibilities
Lead the ECM sales team and develop plans and strategies for growing business and achieving sales goals.Achieve individual sales quota assignment, including building and maintaining a pipeline, negotiating agreement terms, and closing sales.Identify, implement, and institute account level and vertical industry sales strategies for selling and managing large complex accounts in a multi-solution environment.Ensure proper customer service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is exceeding expectations.Define and coordinate sales training programs to improve knowledge and expertise in products and services.Monitor customer, market, and competitive activity, provide feedback to executives, and constantly revise sales strategy.Work closely with Partnerships & Alliances to establish and manage channel partner programs.Qualifications
Strong track record in high-performance sales and delivering revenue targets.3+ years of experience in sales of ECM software.Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal, strategic & tactical planning, and analytical skills.Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact on the entire company.Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners.Experience managing strategic ECM software sales in multiple markets, preferably in a cloud-based environment.At least 5 years in sales for high technology products and services.Four-year college degree.If you have a strong background in sales process and solution selling, the ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements, and a clear understanding of different sales models, selling methodologies, and account strategies, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
