Your Contribution:Manages assigned projects and installations through completionDocument client issues, questions, and resolutions in the knowledge base softwareProvides complex application support and guidance to end usersAssist in preparing all technical design documents and ensure effective implementation of all products and plan all activitiesYour Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Healthcare and 1 year related work experience ORAssociate's degree in information technology and 3 years related work experience OREquivalent relevant work experienceBasic knowledge of computer hardware/software and networking conceptsExperience with project managementExcellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills and organizational and prioritization skillsUnderstanding of Clinical Laboratory practicesSoftware training and helpdesk support experience
