This position will play a key role in the day-to-day revenue accounting functions and month-end close process, with training for career development to promotion to a Senior role. This is a hybrid-office role (3 days/week in the office).Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Supporting day-to-day accounting functions (Revenue & Cash)Performing month-end, quarterly, and annual financial statement close tasks and preparing financial statement analysis, including preparation of monthly journal entries, accruals and reserves, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.Preparing supporting workpapers and analysis for financial and tax auditsAssisting the Accounting manager and revenue in identifying improvements to automate existing processes for increased efficiencyWorking cross-functionally with other departments and building strong relationships with external vendors and customersComposing ad-hoc reports and analysis to support management and leadership requests, as well as issue resolution of any customer questionsMaintaining appropriate internal controls and IPE for workpapersDriving continuous improvement in Accounts Receivable, Revenue, and Treasury processesPreferred Qualifications And Experience

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an accounting role within industry or public accounting firm (Public accounting experience preferred)Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or AccountingExperience with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced MS Excel skills (Logical Formulas, Lookups, Pivot Tables)Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), notably ASC 606An eye for detail, and the ability to deliver accurate output in a timely mannerStrong organizational skills and comfortable working on multiple work streamsAgile-minded team‐player with strong communication skills and demonstrated experience of issue escalation and resolution.A champion for data accuracy and quality for the Accounting teamPoised and works well under pressure and in a fast-paced changing environmentExperience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or large ERP system experience a plusWe are an equal opportunity employer.
