Job Title: Business Analyst Site Engagement

Introduction to role:Are you ready to develop new reporting and analytical tools that will support the US SMM Biopharma Site Engagement Directors? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.Accountabilities:As a Business Analyst Site Engagement, you will be responsible for developing data reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting to management. You will convert complex data from multiple sources into meaningful, professional and easy to understand formats for various audiences as defined by Site Engagement Directors. You will also establish data-driven approaches to support US SMM Biopharma Site Engagement team needs in support of strategic partnership models and framework deployed at key clinical sites.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualificationMinimum 2 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA, SrCRA) or other related fields (Medical Affairs-led or Academic-led studies)Good knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP as well as relevant local regulationsProven experience in building and developing relationships with key institutionsExcellent customer management skillsGood understanding and keen interest in digital solution and technologyExcellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailsExcellent knowledge of spoken and written EnglishGood negotiation skills and influential leadership skillsGood ability to learn and to adapt to work with IT systemsExcellent problem solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to look for and champion more efficient and effective methods/processes of delivering clinical trials to plan focusing on key performance metrics of speed, quality, costManages change with a positive approach to the challenges of change for self, team and the business.
