Position OverviewThe Chicago Bulls are hiring a Human Resources Manager to join the team! Reporting into the Vice President of Human Resources, this role will focus on employee learning, development, and engagement with the goal of building and implementing programs and initiatives that advance the organization's culture and enhance the overall employee experience.The Human Resources Manager will perform a full range of responsibilities to help drive professional development and engagement including:Manage the development and implementation of programs / projects including vendor selection, material development, and delivery of trainings and workshops focused on developing our employee baseEvaluate current training and development offerings and assess needs by level, in conjunction with career paths and the organization's job level competenciesPartner with business leadership to facilitate our annual engagement survey efforts including data collection, communication of results, and action planning for measured improvementDefine and track program milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall delivery planFacilitate employee participation in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion related learning and development opportunities.Lead the training and administration for performance managementWork with internal team members to re-imagine and implement updated employee recognition programmingIn partnership with Communications, maintain annual calendar that recognizes key dates and moments of significance and facilitate communication and recognition around themWork with internal partners to plan and schedule All-Staff meetings at leadership’s directionSupport the business in the planning of off-site activities related to retreats, holiday events, summer events, and other miscellaneous needs as they ariseQualifications3 - 5 years of proven experience in the Human Resources fieldHighly organized with a sound sense of urgency and work ethicMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust have a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacyExperience designing and delivering learning experiences and/or programs live and/or virtuallyProven project management experience supporting projects with aggressive timelines; demonstrated ability to be organized and show attention to detail, meet deadlines, and keep everyone informed of project status in a proactive wayOverall consultative approach with the ability to understand partner needs, be responsive to feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and customize results to partner needsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities with the ability to drive for results.Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and/or make recommendations; ability to summarize key findings in reports for senior-level audiencesSelf-directed, can make progress with limited information or direction, takes initiative to seek support when needed, and can be agile and flexibleWe are an Equal Opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment.
