What You Will DoContact prospects, schedule appointments, and make sales presentationsDevelop prospecting programs and follow-up for maximum resultsMaintain prospect list of clients for target businessBalance production to achieve desired mix of businessCoordinate production efforts with marketing and service team membersConduct periodic meetings with Account Managers to provide updates and ensure policies and procedures are understoodKeep abreast of trends and techniques to maintain a competitive status for the agency within the industry
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree preferredAcquiring state licensing, once hiredSales experience with proven success demonstratedBusiness-to-Business prospecting experience preferredDemonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and have the ability to deliver effective presentations to groups.A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technologyWhat You Will Experience
