As a Strategic Account Manager, you will manage an end-to-end sales process for direct client sales opportunities, including prospecting leads and closing business. You will have discretion and autonomy to shape the future of a rapidly growing media team inside one of the most iconic rideshare companies.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and source direct client leads for Lyft MediaCreate compelling media packages and custom offerings to close new media businessBuild and manage sales pipelines while achieving monthly and quarterly team goalsWork autonomously and independently to seek new sales opportunities, schedule relevant meetings, and cross-sell Lyft Media’s suite of advertising offeringsCollaborate cross-functionally with the existing Lyft Media sales team and our external vendors to help outline and unlock new sales opportunitiesAccurately forecast and project monthly revenue against existing sales goals

Experience:

3+ years of relevant business development, sales, and/or partnerships experienceDemonstrated success in a prospecting sales position (preferably with advertising agencies)Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsProven track record of exceeding revenue targets and goalsA team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individualsDemonstrated ability to work independently/autonomously across all major sales functionsPrior experience at out-of-home (OOH) media platforms preferred

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected range of pay for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area is $76,500 - $85,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
