Job Description: Onsite- Lowell, MAWorking Hours: M-F 7-4 (flex hours)Do Not Exceed Max Bill Rate
Must be able to read schematics be neat, organized, Able to communicate in English, visual inspection, cleanroom protocol. Adhere to 5S standards for work area. If you worked in a PCB manufacturing environment (building PCB boards) that would give you the skillsets needed.
Skills
- Work with 300 power microscope- Tin wire- Solder wire as thin as 35 gauge- Solder copper, Stainless steel- Read schematic- Wick solder- Put Connectors on cables mostly but not limited to Lemo Connectors.- Mix epoxy- De-air epoxy- Potting with epoxy or glue (Loctite)- Use Multi Meter to perform continuity checks.- Use Brady Label maker- Must be able to assemble simple fixtures, hardware
- Use tools:o Use of Weller WTCP Soldering station (or equivalent)o Diagonal cutterso Needle-nose plierso Broad 800 degree F soldering-iron tipo Vacuum pump and bell jaro Fluke Multi Metero Vernier Caliperso Ideal rotary strippero Hot plateo Kester Flux Peno Ultrasonic cleanero Razor blades / exacto knife
