GEODynamics is looking for a Business Development Manager to

expand our customer base in the Permian Basin by identifying, targeting, and developing relationships with new and existing customers who are potential candidates for the company's services and products.

Key Accountabilities

Manage existing customers and develops new business opportunities by establishing cross selling techniques to convert existing clients to a broader use of GEO technologiesDevelop a sales strategy, specific to the assigned area, that is aligned with our corporate initiativesIdentify trends and customer demand through market intelligence & build a short-term and long-term sales objectiveDevelop a detailed understanding of GEO's product offerings & provide opportunities for further product development based on customer demandManage and communicate sales opportunities, RFPs & response processes, MSAs, & any other day to day sales interaction with clientsAssist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, trade shows, industry events, and position GEO as a leader in the plug and perf market & lower completions sectorRecommends business development strategy and tactics to Company's Leadership Team for incorporation into Company's overall strategy and planEstablishes self as Company's primary interface with end users by making regular visits to present technical information, educating clients, assisting in product selection, following up on product deployment, evaluating and reporting product performance, and provide feedback to Company in support of product development, client satisfaction, and follow-on sales effortsQualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, related field, or combination of education and experience.8 - 10 years of experience in field sales, marketing, and business development in oil and gas industry.Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional, confident, dependable, and keen negotiator.Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, detail oriented, and thorough.Highly organized and an expert when it comes to company's goals and needs.
