Project Management: Oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. This includes scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with various stakeholders. Estimating: Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents to accurately forecast project costs and timelines. Your precision in estimating will be crucial in competitive bid processes. Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBit to enhance project delivery. Your ability to master these tools will drive efficiency and accuracy in all project phases. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems in complex projects. Your role will be central in bridging technical expertise and project execution strategies.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering. Relevant Experience: Proven experience in plumbing sales, estimating, and project management, particularly within the commercial sector. A history of successful project delivery in tenant improvement and special projects is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and familiarity with Trimble AutoBid. Experience with commercial plumbing systems and technologies. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
