Associate Project Manager
The Associate Project Manager assists with all phases of projects, coordinates all necessary details to ensure the job is complete, and communicates between all parties involved making sure that every aspect of the project has been addressed and managed.
Responsibilities:
Support all phases of design and construction within an active construction environmentCoordinate with vendors, consultants and sub-contractors involved with the projectCreate and monitor the project schedule and budget, cost and qualityCoordinate construction schedule with the construction teamAnticipate possible problems and find solutionsMaintain all project files and approval documentsAd hoc reporting on project status, updates and corrective workReview bid analysis, and procurement processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field3-5 years' experience in supporting complex construction projectsStrong attention to detail and protocolsExcellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
