What will I do?

The Bluebird Network Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for the management, and growth, of Bluebird's revenue stream (through establishing and maintaining business relationships) for all customer accounts in the enterprise segments, namely: government, education, medical, and financial. This position is responsible for analyzing and understanding marketing and sales trends, establishing sales objectives, and for providing timely quotes and project estimates for use of Bluebird's network, data center, and cloud connect services. This position requires a broad understanding of Bluebird's capabilities, customers, relationships, and technologies. This position requires leadership skills with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction, strong organizational skills, project and matrix management, and the ability to complete tasks in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities:Ability to prospect and schedule meetings inside of a defined target listPossess a thorough understanding of BBN's products and service offeringsImplement sales objectives and goals, including sales targets and forecasting resultsEstablish working relationships with customers, network providers and vendorsPrepare and present a variety of status reports including activity, closings, and follow-upsSupervise the negotiating of terms of various service agreements and closing sales that meet or exceed Bluebird's defined sales objectivesNegotiate variations in price, delivery, and specifications with customersGather market and customer information to enhance product performance and serviceDemonstrate customer service skills with a passion for responsiveness and over the top customer experienceParticipate in marketing events such as trade shows and seminarsDeliver presentations of products and services at customer sites and exhibitions and conferencesProvide input to Bluebird's Service Delivery Team to ensure proper documentation and timely completion of orders for customersProvide input to Bluebird's Network Planning Team to ensure customer future needs are factored into network evolution plansOccasional travel requiredRequirements

Education and Experience

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 3 years data center and/or colocation sales experience highly preferredMinimum of 5 years' telecommunications sales preferredMinimum 3 years experience with SalesForce customer relationship management (CRM application preferredSkills and Abilities
