is seeking a strong Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager will oversee the installation and completion of larger (smaller) scale projects. You must be a multi-tasker who has excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, and can effectively manage a team to finish their work efficiently and within deadlines. At the start of each project, you will collaborate with sales and GM/VP to discuss the scope and budget. Then you will monitor each phase, ensuring the staff works efficiently and that the final product meets our client’s expectations.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDetermine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team memberProvide all necessary contract documents to AccountingSolicit subcontractor bids and award Sub AgreementsWork with in-house design team to determine cost-effective approach and control materials within specificationsManage relationship with the client and all project stakeholdersEstablish and maintain relationships with vendorsCoordinate purchase and delivery of control materialsOversee all incoming and outgoing project documentsRequirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant experienceAdditional degrees or certifications a plus3-5 years of prior technical or project management experience is desiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAble to travel to job site in the DMV area - no additional travel required!Familiar with MS Office SuiteFlexible schedule
