In this role, you’ll drive best-in-class creative, consistency across marketing channels, manage timeline and budget efficiencies, and serve as the creative development single point of contact for internal and external partners, agencies, and marketing channel leads. This is opportunity to manage and develop a team of account executives and content analysts.We currently offer a hybrid working model where colleagues have the flexibility to split their time working from home and an office. Everyone has the opportunity to integrate their professional and personal lives through this dynamic working model.What will you be doing?Developing creative and strategic direction to drive acquisition, existing customer marketing and engagement results to meet Travel and Affinity partner and business goalsCollaborating with internal and external business leads, channels, agencies, and senior stakeholders to ensure strategy is world-class marketing creative and communicationsDriving integrated marketing solutions to provide a consistent customer experience through consistent brand and product messagingDriving projects end-to-end: developing creative briefs, spearheading kick off meetings, developing projects with agencies, and releasing assets to marketManaging a team that owns the development of all customer-facing Travel and Affinity marketingBeing responsible for the team’s development of creative briefs, creative development, reviews, and approvals, and the release of assets across a variety of projectsEvaluating, optimizing, and reporting out on agency outputs and budgets as well as campaign and program performanceBeing responsible for owning the controls and governance for the end-to-end creative development processWhat we’re looking for:Extensive years of marketing experience with levels of responsibility developing marketing communications for a large organization, preferably in financial servicesExperience working as a leader in a fast-paced environment with solid skills in multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solvingProven track record of innovation and challenging the status quoIn addition to the skills required to execute the job well, we're looking for people with the following capabilities to grow and contribute to our culture:Empathy: An ability to see a situation from another person’s perspectiveOwnership: A strong sense of pride in your workConnection: Build relationships with partners and colleaguesInnovation: Openness to finding creative solutionsPersistence: Desire to go above and beyond when necessary to get the job doneCollaboration: Work well with others while building projects togetherSkills that will help you in the role:Prior experience implementing a new process within a large organizationHaving an instinctive approach to understanding what makes effective customer communications, augmented by outstanding observational skillsAbility to help and support in developing innovative solutions to identified challenges and opportunities
