Inclusively is partnering with a multinational universal bank to hire a hybrid Payments Product Manager. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**Payments Product ManagerWilmington, DEAs a Payments Product Manager, you will be in charge of developing requirements and implementing key colleague and customer facing features and capabilities that support the multi-year vision and roadmap. You will be a part of a team accountable for participating in key business meetings across various programs to remain knowledgeable of current business drivers/issues, engage with cross functional business member engagement, and provide updates on progress and recommendations. The role is both Business & Technology focused.We currently offer a hybrid working model where colleagues have the flexibility to split their time working from home and an office.What will you be doing?Interacting with cross-functional key stakeholders, including Product Office, Partnership, Customer Office, Operations and Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc.Partnering with Technology, leading one or more agile development team(s) to build colleague and customer-facing UI capabilities as well as backend APIs.Leading the product refinement sessions and participating in scrum ceremonies such as daily stand up; end of sprint demos and retrospectives.Defining and documenting the payment requirements in JIRA, including user stories and customer outcomes and high-level controls needed to mitigate risks and meet regulations.Supporting epic segmentation and feature definition to create and prioritize the payment product backlog.Developing business cases for new capabilities and programs.Leading activities for the successful delivery of the E2E agenda, including Objectives and Key Results development & measurement, communication to key stakeholders.Leading or participating in customer research to solicit feedback on existing/new capabilities.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in product management.Relevant experience with technologies such as REACT; React APIs; UI/UX Development, and have a knowledge of payments and move money processes (e.g. ACH).Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.In addition to the skills required to execute the job well, we're looking for people with the following capabilities to grow and contribute to our culture:Empathy: An ability to see a situation from another person’s perspective.Ownership: A strong sense of pride in your work.Connection: Build relationships with partners and colleagues.Innovation: Openness to finding creative solutions.Persistence: Desire to go above and beyond when necessary to get the job done.Collaboration: Work well with others while building projects together.Skills that will help you in the role:Knowledgeable of Design Thinking and Agile principles and practices and the ability to adjust them as needed to fit a project/initiative and business environment.Experience in financial services, including an understanding of financial banking platforms, products, and associated technologies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Someone who stays current on industry trends with regards to payments.At our company we understand the power of great customer experiences and we work hard every day to make sure that the needs and expectations of our customers are met and exceeded.
