We are hiring a Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Chicago or Boston. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for experienced/lateral hires, firm functions hires and co-leading the process for intern and full-time MBA hires. The Recruiting Specialist will work directly with HR colleagues, business leaders, and campus recruiting teams. This role will report directly to a Senior Recruiting Manager and is a great opportunity to join a growing business and a passionate HR team.ResponsibilitiesCo-lead full lifecycle recruiting at MBA campuses - collaborate on annual campus hiring targets, campus recruiting budget, and campus recruiting calendar of eventsLead full lifecycle recruiting for experienced/lateral hires and firm functions hiresEstablish a smooth and engaging recruiting process to ensure an outstanding candidate experienceDevelop and maintain relationships with key contacts at target schools including career services, academic faculty, and student organizationsPromote Roland Berger's brand and image at target schoolsImplement sourcing strategies to identify high potential candidatesPost jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate virtual, on-campus, and case interview processesDefine strategy and budget for utilizing search firms; maintain relationships with search firms and utilize as appropriateEnsure a fair and consistent candidate assessment approach led by data driven decision-makingExtend and negotiate candidate offersOrganize start dates and communicate onboarding expectations with candidatesFurther RB’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting strategy; attract and engage underrepresented talentLearn, articulate and sell Roland Berger offerings, culture, and business initiativesStay informed of external market factors affecting business areas; identify new recruiting practices and trendsQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 5 years full-cycle university recruiting experiencePrevious consulting firm recruiting experience preferredProficiency with job posting and sourcing resources (LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.)Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)A passion for identifying talent and building high caliber teamsDemonstrated relationship management skills at all levels of the organizationPosition will require travel of up to 15% during peak recruiting seasonsAdditional InformationRoland Berger provides equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons without regard to race, color, religion, ancestry or national origin, pregnancy (including childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, transgender status, age, military and veteran status, physical or mental disability, or any other applicable legally protected characteristics.Roland Berger is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities in our recruiting process.
