As the senior leader of the team you will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and control of daily operational activities of the Coronis India Global operations. You will likewise oversee the growth and all related activities. The VP of Enterprise Sales role is a key senior leadership role ensuring the maximum collection of revenue for our clients of medical services. This position is in a fast-paced environment and oversees the management of remote resources and reports directly to the Executive Leader. With a keen sense of service relative to revenue cycle management and a deeply analytical mindset, you will drive a team to achieve key revenue performance while adhering to quality metrics.Responsibilities and Duties:Work with domestic senior leadership to ensure that operational procedures are up to date and aligned with the current needs of the US-based service group divisional leadership.Convert work from other 3rd party BPOs over into our Coronis India processing centers.Convert US-based work to oversee, while ensuring a consistent, streamlined, and efficient process.Responsible for managing and developing staff of RCM associates in India and overseeing multiple related project plans. This includes all facets of the RCM process.Provide reports to Executive Leader and other Sr Coronis Leadership on a weekly/monthly basis.Identify problems and implement solutions to better streamline operations and performance.Oversee and manage all budgets.Oversee and provide leadership to all teams.Manage the performance of staff members and coordinate development, coaching, and discipline according to production standards.Forecast and manage headcount.Oversee India-based billing operations by creating and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting to ensure the performance of the department. Review and analyze daily billing metrics to allocate workforce to achieve daily production targets. Regularly report on KPIs to senior leadership.Develop metrics to monitor RCM staff performance. This includes an analysis of cost versus revenue earned for work performed. Metrics must be supported by concrete reporting which may include the development of these reports.Communicate results with managers as needed and follow up during meetings to report results and resolve and refine processes and/or issues.Analyze and optimize billing processes to minimize non-productive touches and maximize efficiency. This will include any form of communication between divisions and India.Responsible for interacting with the service group divisions and providing regular performance updates.Ensure all billing practices are compliant with all applicable rules and regulations.Provide monthly reports of India operations to CEO and Executive Leader(s).Skills and Competencies:Organization Skills:

Thinks logically and comes up with ways to work around problems, strives to understand contributing factors, and works to resolve complex situations.Requirements/Qualifications:Extensive previous India BPO/Enterprise senior leadership experience.History of successfully growing an India offshore operation.History of managing over 1,000 employees in India BPO/Enterprise setting.Deep analytical and critical thinking capabilities.Demonstrated medical billing industry experience.Extensive experience providing comprehensive revenue cycle management services in the healthcare environment.Functional knowledge of how to manage and drive a team to meet KPIs and revenue metrics.Experience working with and providing oversight to offshore teams.The ability to communicate key messages to multiple audiences.Experience in an analytical environment and evidence of organizational skills.Exemplary problem-solving abilities and practical analytical competency to identify trends using data.Functional computer knowledge, including Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, and Microsoft Office products.
