As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated & skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Mountain View, CA.Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Expanding Innovations, you will support key upstream product management and product development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product & Strategy, your primary responsibility will be supporting day-to-day project operations while aligning project teams around key deliverables to uphold project timelines. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and contribute to the development of cutting-edge spine surgical devices that make a significant impact on patient care.Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables.2. Budget Management:• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are utilized efficiently.• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to track expenses and manage project costs effectively.3. Risk Management:• Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project timelines, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.• Proactively address challenges that may impact project timelines or deliverables.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Foster strong collaboration among R&D, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and other relevant departments.• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met.5. Process Improvement:• Support the implementation of procedural improvements within the organization.• Train colleagues around new internal processes and procedures.6. Reporting and Documentation:• Build and maintain regular project updates decks for leadership.• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation for audit and reporting purposes.• Support the implementation of new internal processes to optimize product development phases and internal infrastructure.Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, life sciences, or business).• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a comparable position within the medical device industry.• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Detail-oriented, problem solver with strong organizational skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.• US-Based Applicants Only. Exact compensation may vary based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location. $80,000 to $130,000 Full-Time Annual Salary.
