Vice President of Supply Chain
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Vice President of Supply Chain, you will lead our supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management. You will be responsible for optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance customer relationships, value provided to our customers, efficiency, reduction of costs, and improve service levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic supply chain management plans to support corporate goals and initiatives.
Oversee the management of supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Manage relationships with key vendors and partners, negotiating contracts that benefit the organization.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align supply chain strategies with overall business plans.
Foster a culture of innovation within the supply chain team, encouraging new ideas and technologies that can drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and legal requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of managing complex supply chains and delivering measurable improvements.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
