Management
- Directs staff in sales management, training, performance evaluations and hiring to create a successful residential sales team. Provides direction for your team from initial customer contact, design input, product selection, competitive pricing, customer follow up, negotiations and closing deals. Manages sales professionals, project managers and project administrators. Assigns sales leads and participates in trade shows.
Sales
- Advises key customers on pricing, schedules, and sign marketing techniques. Assists sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals. Coordinates between sales department and other departments.
