Overview:

Count Room AttendantThe Count Room Attendant is responsible for the collection and count of games cash boxes from the gaming floor.Responsibilities:Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol servicePerforms the collection, counting, sorting and recording of the contents of the drop boxes from the coin dispensersCounting, sorting and recording of the contents of the drop boxes from the gaming tablesPerforms the collection of slot drop buckets and drop boxes from the coin dispensersPerforms the counting, sorting, weighing and wrapping or bagging of coins from the drop buckets and drop boxes of slot machines and coin dispensersAssures the best service to our patrons and fellow co-workers by the Count Room DepartmentEnters cash into a currency counter and verifies the information in the AS/400Enters the drop information into the AS/400 in a manual modeAssists in the preventative maintenance program that ensures the efficient operation of the Count Room and all related equipmentParticipates in the transfer of coins from the Hard Count Room to the Coin Storage Room.Complies with departmental procedures and policiesComplies with New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJ DGE) regulations and procedures and the system of accounting and internal controlsEnsures all necessary paperwork is completed properly. Performs related duties as assigned.Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and proceduresConsistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employeesDemonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol serviceQualifications:
