Role will be located in Tampa, FL.In this role, you will:

Own the development and execution of revenue operations strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue across the organization.Define and implement processes and systems to streamline sales, marketing, and customer success operations.Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and market trends.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align revenue operations with overall business objectives.We are looking for someone who has:

7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Experience in developing and implementing sales processes, forecasting models, and territory management strategies.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Nice to Haves:

Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models.Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and demand generation strategies.Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting processes.Our core values:
