Who we are looking forState Street is looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Head of Financing Solutions to lead our Agency Lending, Prime Services and Secured (Repo) Financing for State Street Global Markets (SSGM). The ideal leader will possess in depth knowledge of agency lending program, the repo markets and prime services platforms as well as experience navigating the complexities of the markets. In addition, the Global Head of Financing solutions must possess top notch leadership capabilities with the ability to form strong relationships with team, clients and internal stakeholders.

When owners and managers of institutional assets need research, trading, securities lending and innovative portfolio strategies, they turn to SSGM business unit. As our investment research and trading arm, SSGM's number one goal is to enhance and preserve our clients' portfolio values by applying technology, optimizing trading, and linking asset classes and markets across the world.

What you will be responsible forAs Global Head of Financing Solutions, Executive Vice President you willBe responsible for a global revenue budget in excess of $1B.Possess a proven skillset in the translation of industry / client themes and trends into actionable strategy, partnering effectively with a wide range of internal and external constituentsExecute on key priorities against clearly defined financial and return on balance sheet and capital metrics and milestonesEnsure State Street delivers world class products as measured by market share, client satisfaction scores and various industry rankingsWork closely with other senior leaders across both Global Markets and the broader Bank to execute business unit initiatives, product and geographic expansion efforts, and a scalable technology and operating model solutionDevelop trusted relationships with key client contacts (and consultants) to ensure State Street is viewed as an integral, long-term partnerDynamically foster a culture encouraging innovation and collaboration, especially between headquarters (Boston) and all regional offices, ensuring a truly global organization.Represent (and distinguish) State Street in key industry forums and publicationsCreate a risk and compliance culture that ensures adherence with applicable regulatory provisions, internal and external audit reviews, and overall risk controlsDevelop and socialize thought leadership and brand awareness via tactical and strategic marketing planBe an accomplished leader developing, motivating and retaining a diverse high caliber team.

Education & Preferred Qualificationsâ?¢ MBA, CFA or similar strongly preferredâ?¢ Minimum of 15-20 years of Financial Services/Prime Brokerage experience, preferably with extensive Securities Lending /Prime Brokerage/Repo experience

Salary Range:$300,000 - $412,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
