Join us as we redefine design's rhythm.Responsibilities:Product design projects such as TikTok Music app, Ripple, music ecosystem in TikTok, and more, defining the vision for user experience and fostering collaboration.Pioneer innovative listening experiences, setting the bar for Product design within ByteDance Global Music.Operate autonomously, owning every aspect of your work with a meticulous eye for detail at every phase.Generate and iterate on multiple concepts and prototypes, making informed decisions to navigate and pivot between design strategies effectively.Integrate insights from various teams, including cross-functional design teams, engineering, product management, and user research, to create solutions that balance all aspects of the design process.QualificationsMinimum qualifications:Proven expertise in Product Design within a consumer-focused tech or media environment, especially in mobile app design.Adept at collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication skills, capable of framing design concepts.Resilient in handling complex challenges and adaptable in high-ambiguity situations.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, AIGC tools.Preferred Qualifications:Well organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment.A great teammate mentality and positive and humble attitude.Excellent communication skills and a strong music industry network.Deep understanding of product design and a natural aptitude for translating insights into business results.ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
