The responsibility of a Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize each project according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The project manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project.ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage project development from beginning to endDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables that in collaboration with Group Account ManagerDefine project tasks and resource requirementsOpening projects, creating estimates, and purchase ordersAssures estimates are approved before commencement of workWriting diary notes and uploading all documents to specific jobPlan and schedule projects in project management systemManaging multiple simultaneous project schedulesTrack project deadlines and deliverablesProactively manage changes in project scope and creating change ordersManage project budgets and alert team if project strays from original established scope, schedule or budget (alert internal team when projects reach 50%, 70% and 100%)Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutionsOrganize and lead weekly hot list meetingsUpdate client status reportsMaintaining communication within all agency team membersMaintaining all project files and reports in an organized manorMaintains complete routing files for all projectsOrganize team meetingsSupport in developing project reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentationsBuild, develop, and grow any business relationship with vendorsOversee print production management and vendor coordinationCreate a recommendation report in order to identity successful and unsuccessful project elementsResponsible for making sure each project is billed thoroughly and correctlyRequirements2+ years experience in project managementAd Agency Experience A MUSTStrong written and oral communicationStrong interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skillsPrevious experience in Workamajig project management system is a plusDigital experience
