Medical Strategy Lead, Rare Syndromes , you'll shape the destiny of

our Rare Epilepsy product 's medical endeavors, hand in hand with our esteemed leadership team. Your expertise in epilepsy, particularly focusing on DEEs, will be pivotal in crafting and executing our medical plan with finesse. Forge the path forward by spearheading strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of medical plans for

Join forces with esteemed colleagues across Medical Affairs, Real-World Evidence, Compliance, and Global Medical Information, forming a formidable alliance dedicated to transforming lives.Interested? For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

Doctorate (Pharm.D., MD, or Ph.D.)Minimum of 8 years medical affairs experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience managing/leading a teamMinimum of 3 years of expertise in Drug Evaluation and EducationPreferred Qualifications:

Must have solid knowledge of the US pharma environment and healthcare ecosystems and relevance for the businessMust have a proven track record of contribution to commercial, medical, and/or clinical development strategies in the USMust have the ability to travel up to 25%Successful track record of initiating and leading cross-business/cross-functional planning, collaborating and solution-buildingExperience in leading teams and working with cross-functional teams and matrix teamsThis position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $177,200-$232,575 per year.
