Teleflora has an opportunity for qualified candidates in the Paragould, AR area who will be providing help desk technical assistance and support to our member florists, for hardware and software applications developed and sold by Teleflora in an ever-changing environment and industry. This team currently works from home, with one day per month required working at the Paragould, AR office. Your training will be a combination of in office and remote learning. Monday through Friday work schedule with rotating Saturdays.
Job DescriptionLog calls into the Call / Problem Tracking systemEffective call resolution and production should meet or exceed the standards set within the departmentAssist Teleflora florists via phone, email, and chat sessions in support of the various application software packages and operating systems (Windows/Linux) sold by TelefloraDisplay and provide great customer serviceEscalate and direct calls as neededProvide user feedback to management, quality assurance, and developmentPerform all activities in compliance with audit standards in reliability, security, and qualityPrepare reporting as requiredPerform other tasks as requiredMaintain communication via multiple platformsAbility to work independently with strong time management and organization skillsQualifications
Education:
Completion of MIS, Networking or Accounting courses at the college level or 2-4 years equivalent work experience is helpful. High School diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of various PC hardware platforms and operating systems, with a fundamental understanding of business applications.
Experience:
Experience with personal computers, operating systems, utility programs and commands. Customer Service experience is a plus.
