Position Information Position Title Student Computer Lab Aide Requisition Number H00236P Position Category Hourly/Work Study Campus Location Weber State University - Ogden, UT Hours per week Months per year 12 Alternate work schedule Pay Grade Salary Hourly Pay Rate $ 13.00 FLSA Job Summary/Basic Function The Computer Lab Aides for Computer Science help with all student and faculty computer needs in the classrooms. Duties include but are not limited to installing hardware and software, troubleshooting problems, and assisting students with questions. This job accepts workstudy and non-workstudy applicants. This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified. Required Qualifications Must be a current WSU student Passed CS 1400 Excellent troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications Linux/Unix experience. Scripting is a plus. Background Check?
