Warehouse Associates earn $18.69 + per hour!
Base starting rate is $15.69 + $3 per hour shift differential
Available shifts:
2nd shift - Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
2nd shift - Sunday - Thursday, 4 PM - 12:30 AM
3rd shift - Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Pick Bonus! Potential to earn $80 extra per week

Main Responsibilities
Shipping Tasks
Unload trucks and receive shipments of finished goods and other supplies and merchandise and place them into inventoryMove inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dolliesVerify the accuracy of incoming shipments by counting, weighing, or measuring items and comparing size, weight, description, and code numbers with information on the invoice or packing slip and purchase orders; record any discrepancies or damageOpen crates and other containers using hand tools to unpack items received. Inspect shipments for damage and defectPlace items according to established procedures onto racksPick finished goods and merchandise according to the shipping scheduleLoad trucks for outgoing shipmentsUse UPS/FedEx software as neededUse barcode scanners, related computers, and softwareOperate packaging equipment such as shrink wrappers, etc.Receiving Tasks
Receive shipments of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies and merchandise from vendors according to receiving scheduleUnload and load trucksMake note of any damaged goods or any other discrepancies and report it to the Supervisor on duty or the Warehouse ManagerVerify that transfer material paperwork is properly prepared with Hazmat descriptionsPick raw materials and packaging according to production ordersMove materials with a forklift and/or pallet jackOperate packaging equipment such as shrink wrappers, etc.Additional Job Duties
Maintain computerized inventory records, take physical inventory counts periodically, and check against inventory control totals using a computer.General facility housekeeping tasksOther duties as assignedRequirements
Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing preferredForklift certifications are a plusBe able to judge distance, color, periphery, and depthMust be able to read, write, and speak English to follow written and verbal instructions/directionWork well in a team environmentAccept direction from the shift supervisorBasic math skillsPhysical Demands:
Lift or carry up to 50 pounds, frequentlyPush or pull up to 100 pounds frequentlyStand, walk, handle, reach outward and above shoulder, and squat occasionallyWorking environment
Industrial environment, with occasional exposure to the outdoorsWork near moving mechanical partsExposure to fumes or airborne particlesMay handle containers of caustic or acidic chemicals after appropriate training and with appropriate PPEModerate noise level from forklifts and other equipment
