Primary Responsibilities:
Works closely with the FBI's COR or designated representative. The PM prioritizes, organizes, directs, and manages contract operation and contractor staff support functions. This will require regular scheduling of cabling work, involving multiple, and complex and inter-related project tasks.
Manages team(s) of contract support personnel at multiple locations simultaneously.
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures strict conformance to/with program task schedules and costs.
Directs and controls activities in support of this requirement, having overall responsibility for methods and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
Leads the effort to secure and protect all Government information and ensure all business is conducted in a manner -that is above reproach.
Conduct on-site cabling installation progress reviews (Quality Inspections) as identified by FBI COR or their designated representative.
Qualifications:
Must be able to analyze and provide feedback and/or updates to documents in current Design and Computer-Aided Drawing (CAD) software.
Must have seven years of documented Project Management experience; or combination of two years of documented Project Management experience and a PMP certification.
A minimum of a Secret security clearance, but a Top-Secret security preferred.
Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the following core locations, but could require work at seventeen (17) different geographic locations at any given time:
FBIHQ
FBI facilities at Quantico, VA
FBI facilities in the greater Washington DC area
FBI facilities on the Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, AL) campus
FBI Field Offices with associated Resident Agencies located in CONUS
Limited OCONUS locations
