Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase preowned vehicle sales and profitabilitySet sales goals and quotas for the preowned sales teamMonitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions to maintain a diverse and attractive selection of vehiclesTrain, motivate, and lead the preowned sales team to achieve their goals and objectivesMaintain a strong understanding of the preowned vehicle market, including prices, trends, and consumer preferencesWork closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective advertising and promotional campaignsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including proper vehicle sales documentationCreate a positive and customer-centric sales environmentAct as a liaison between the preowned sales team and other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experienceContinuously monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and take action to address any issuesStay up-to-date on industry trends and developments and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industryPrevious management experience preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of sales techniques and strategiesAbility to analyze data and make sound business decisionsIn-depth knowledge of the preowned vehicle marketProficiency in Microsoft Office and various sales software programsWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to pass a background check and drug screening
