Job Description: The Business Development Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our commercial cleaning services. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, with a focus on achieving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.

Client Outreach:

Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our services and understand their needs.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our carpet and duct cleaning services.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

Market Analysis:

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to potential clients, ensuring all client requirements are met.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
