Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through outbound sales activities, networking, and research.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our software solutions.

Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and exceed revenue targets.

Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and product development teams to identify market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and overcoming objections.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to sales management using CRM tools and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling B2B software solutions.

Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Ability to articulate technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver results.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and cultivate long-term client relationships.

Experience using Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline activities.

Knowledge of human capital and payroll industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer pain points is a plus.

Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events, and participate in sales conferences.
