We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build effective relationships with B2B clients to generate consulting services business and Atlassian software licensing sales all geared towards creating and providing solutions that optimize and add value to our customers' business. Your success will lead to improved client acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and overall sales growth. Prospect and Sell:

Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective customers.Relationship Building:

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients.Lead Nurturing:

Follow up on and nurture customer leads to convert prospects into clients.Customer Satisfaction:

Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.Achieve Targets:

Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.Team Collaboration:

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize the customer experience.Market Analysis:

Analyze the territory and market potential, track sales, and generate status reports.Feedback Loop:

Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Stay Informed:

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.Continuous Improvement:

Actively seek feedback to improve performance and outcomes.Qualifications

Experience:

Proven work experience as a sales representative.Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of SaaS software sales; experience with Atlassian Software, ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar platforms is preferred.Skills

Familiarity with BRM and CRM best practices.Adept Hubspot user.Ability to build productive business professional relationships.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Education
