Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.Our Sustainability CommitmentOur Environmental MissionNovolex sustainability goal is to establish a viable environmental program and product line that:Reduces the impact of plastic and paper on the environment through recycling and increased recycled contentSets a high standard of industry leadership and corporate citizenshipCreates meaningful benefits for the environment and the communityFacilitates environmental action by retailers and the communityHow You'll Perform the RoleThis position is responsible for leading and developing our external sales team’s strategic relationships and business growth for Shields - North America.Will be the primary point person to develop growth strategies for assigned accounts and incremental opportunities.Focused on Sales Leadership, Pipeline Management, Forecasting, Business Development, and Accountability for Shields.Will be responsible for updating and managing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) on key customer projects.Will work closely with the Shields Pricing Team and Customers on all opportunities to maximize profit through price increase, margin improvement, and wallet share.Develop a strong working relationship with our Demand Planning and Forecasting Teams to maximize sales, fill rates, inventory management and overall service to our national customers.Budget management for T&E, customer promotions-programs, and spending to maximize ROI and improve overall profitability.Develop strong relationship with other key internal partners from Operations, Human Resources, and Finance.What We Need From YouBachelor’s Degree, or a combination of Sales Leadership and 10+ years of work-related experience required.Experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Team player with ability to build lasting, productive business relationships with hourly employees, management, and peers.Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information.Ability to work flexible hours, travel, including weekends when required.Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and auditing skills required.Critical decision maker with the ability to work independently.What You'll Get From UsBenefitsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance (including Telehealth options) as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
