Job Summary
The Finance Sales Manager/Subprime Manager at Whaling City Auto Group is an individual contributor role responsible for increasing overall sales by providing expertise and support in the sales of financing and subprime loan services to customers. This position will handle all aspects of the financing process, from analyzing customers' credit to providing support to ensure excellence in service and reputability.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
Analyze customers’ credit and provide accurate paperwork in every deal accurately and efficiently.Develop an understanding of the current finance and lending landscape and maintain knowledge of all changes that may affect customer’s financing options.Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding finance productsNegotiate with lenders to obtain fair terms and interest ratesDevelop strategies to increase number of fully-funded subprime dealsTrain salesperson on methods and techniques to easily and accurately approve financing dealsMeet specific goals assigned by the Finance ManagerEnsure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after financing
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalentMinimum of five years Finance/Credit/Lending ExperienceKnowledge of finance and automotive industryOutstanding customer service and salesmanship skillsAbility to communicate with people of diverse backgroundsExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentThorough comprehension and technical skill in various finance programs
