We are now hiring a
Full-Time IT Field Technician
in
Pittsburgh, PA . The IT Field Technician is responsible for providing IT services and support. This role will have a focus on smart home technology.
Starting pay is $50,000/annually
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, courteous support company wide, in person, phone, or emailDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues primarily in a Windows environmentReceive and document all inbound tickets, emails, phone calls, and in-person request for IT servicesTravel to regional offices to troubleshoot and resolve issuesTravel to regional homes to install and support smart home technologyDocument, track, and monitor technical problems and solutionsInform management of recurring problemsCheck in regularly with regional office managers to review the IT needs of the office and to ensure that all IT equipment is functioning as neededIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attentionEmployees must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigationAdditional tasks and responsibilities may be assignedMinimum Requirements
Minimum two years of professional IT experienceAudio / visual experience a plusValid driver's licenseProficiency in AD, Office365, multiple browsers, computer hardwareExperience supporting Android and iPhone, Mobile Device Management a plusWorking knowledge of printer managementExperience working with LAN administrationLogical troubleshooting skillsExcellent time management, interpersonal skills, and a high-level attention to detailUnderstanding of best security practices and continual updating of knowledge baseWhy Community Options?
