We are working with a well-established company in the Marietta area that is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity with a strong stable and growing company. Base salary in the $50's plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:Maintain calendarsMake travel arrangementsSchedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, set up the meeting rooms (including telephones, computers, projectors, etc), order lunch/breakfastCompile, transcribe and distribute meeting minutesAnswer phones; open/sort mail; sign for and distribute UPS/FedX packagesStock kitchen with suppliesCopying, faxing, mailingPrepare expense reportsCreate/modify reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, financial statementsOrder and maintain office supplies and inventoryArrange for repair and maintenance of office equipmentOther administrative duties as assignedRequirements:
Proficient with Microsoft OfficeNetsuite software is preferredWordPress is a plusMust be able to work a routine schedule of 40 hours a week with established hours of 8am to 5pmThis is an in-office position
