The Culinary Associate will work with staff and Team Lead for general preparation, assembly and packing of products.
Responsibilities:
Must have excellent listening skillsGood verbal communication skillsBe able to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to clearly communicate in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusAnalytical skills necessaryAssist in opening & closing procedures.Apply knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to the nuances of everyday operation.Reports all issues that occur daily to the appropriate Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner.Follow security, safety and GMP regulations and ensure correct follow up on all regulations.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.In a work day: standing/walking 6-10 hours or moreHand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.Constant exposure to temperatures:Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
