What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Gather and analyze data using statistical techniques and advanced analytics toolsDevelop and implement data research, analytics, and solutions to support business needsIdentify trends, patterns, and relationships in complex data setsCollaborate with customers and executive leadership to prioritize business and information needsCreate solutions to manage data interpretation and relationship identification across multiple data sourcesIdentify continuous improvement opportunities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experienceExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder)2-3 years of technical experience with data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniquesSolid knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Oracle BI, and Power BI), databases, and programming languages (R, Python)Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for data analysis
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Solid research skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficient in queries, report writing, and presenting findingsUnderstanding of machine learning, data mining, and algorithmic program development
