What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Medicaid projectsExecute test cases based on project requirements and document test results, including defects and deviations from expected outcomesConduct regression testing and identify opportunities for test automationEnsure Medicaid systems and applications comply with regulatory requirements and industry standardsCommunicate test status, findings, and recommendations to project stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field7+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on Medicaid systems and applications preferredProven experience developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systemsProficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similarExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and practices preferred
