You will be responsible for directing the efforts of an agile team to deliver feature enhancements and industry-first innovations that delight customers and help fuel the tremendous growth of Parts Town. You will work closely with business partners and end users to understand the needs of the customer and solve problems. You will evangelize your solutions and report back the value being driven to senior stakeholders. If this sounds like something you were born to do, then we would like you to apply!A Typical DayEstablish, own, and drive the strategy for your product domain based on customer research, user analytics, and stakeholder feedbackActively engage with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and customers to follow a 5D product lifecycle, owning the definition, discovery, design, development, and delivery of features and innovationsBuild your roadmap, and prioritize projects based on value to the customer and businessLead agile ceremonies for your scrum team including daily scrum calls, sprint planning, story refinement, sprint demos, and retrospectivesCommunicate to product leaders and stakeholders your roadmap and deliverables through project briefs, live demos, and sharable artifactsWrite Epics and Stories in Jira that align with your roadmap and communicate effectively what needs to be delivered by the development teamAlong with QA, perform User Acceptance Testing of your features to ensure the development meets the expected vision for your productParticipate in CRO efforts through A/B testing and iteration to continuously improve the customer experienceEvangelize the new capabilities you bring to life through training and demonstrations to internal and external teams, and partnering with marketing leaders to build a communication strategy.To Land This OpportunityYou have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Leader, driving development in an agile environment for e-commerce websites and applicationsYou’re an all-star communicator (written and verbal) and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesYou possess a strong knowledge of agile techniques and best practices and advocate for modern software development practicesYou can operate at a strategic level and dive deep into technical details and complexity with ease.
