Job Summary:The Field Service Dispatch at Dalkia Energy Solutions is a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of services to our clients. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching field service technicians to various locations in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:- Receive and prioritize service requests from clients and determine the necessary resources and timeline for completion- Coordinate with field service technicians to schedule and dispatch them to client locations- Monitor progress and provide updates to clients and stakeholders- Communicate any delays or issues to clients and work to resolve them promptly- Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician assignments- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or complaints in a timely manner- Assist with other departmental tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college or technical training preferred- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar dispatching or scheduling role- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Google- Must be able to work independently and make decisions under pressure- Knowledge of HVAC or energy systems is a plus- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
