Experience at growth-stage tech startups building a repeatable sales process from scratchSelf-starter with hustle and high level of ownership; high performer, tenacious, and resourceful; systematic / process oriented, responsive, highly organized, and great communication skillsProven track record selling technical products to midmarket customers; experience selling to engineers, product managers, and engineering managers, and driving the conversation to decision makersExperience setting targets, creating outbound and responding to inbound motions that create pipeline and deliver revenue; track record closing deals, iterating to find ICP, and creating repeatable sales processes; strong understanding of sales methodologies; has been accountable for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals; has achieved and exceeded sales targets & quotasDriven & hungry; proactive, collaborative team player adept at working across functions; experience managing key stakeholders, being a thought-partner, and moving to action courageously
