We are looking for a driven Founding Account Executive to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding customers. This hybrid role blends sales, marketing, and customer success elements, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founders to develop and execute strategies to enable the company to reach PMF faster.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our CEO on the entire GTM strategyEstablish an outbound sales strategyIdentify potential leads and build the sales pipelineCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to break into new accountsBook discovery meetings and gather information for future opportunities.Work with the product team to establish the foundations of a good PLS motionCreate and document internal processes for the next sales hiresEvolve the toolset to support your newly defined processesAccurate tracking of interactions and customer information in CRMMaintain a professional social presence in line with the company's content marketing strategy to build awareness and trust with personas at ICP companies.Minimum Requirements

You have 3+ years of sales or GTM experience in enterprise softwareYou are a native English speaker or bilingualYou have startup experience and an entrepreneurial mindsetYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.You understand corporate structures and decision-making processesYou are proficient in sourcing and managing pipeline through outbound activitiesYou have a strong grasp of the sales process and can manage opportunities from prospecting to closed-won.Preferred Qualifications

You have 5+ years of experience in direct B2B salesYou have 1+ year of experience working at an early-stage startup ( You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.You’re familiar with sales tools and CRMs needed to source and close opportunitiesWe don't expect you to be an expert in all the areas mentioned.
