We help many of the world’s fastest-growing enterprises automate, simplify and accelerate revenue.We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representative, to join our fast-paced, growing and supportive team. You’ll be uncovering and creating new opportunities with our largest potential customers. You’ll then communicate our value proposition to decision-makers and influencers to land new business.This is a hybrid role working at our Santa Clara, CA office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.What You’ll Be DoingConnecting with prospects using phone and email, as well as responding to all inbound leadsProcuring and qualifying leads for Account ExecutivesUsing the Salesforce CRM to record leadsWorking closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend reach into target enterprise accountsRecommending process enhancements for more targeted demand generation efforts and improved selling techniquesRepresenting and protecting the LeanData brand with integrity and teamwork in all written and oral communicationRequirementsApproximately two years of experience in B2B technology salesConsistent record of achieving measurable goals in previous rolesStrong business insight and curiosity about the prospect's businessBonus Points If You HaveEnterprise SDR experienceThe on-target earnings for this role are $80,000 – $90,000 per year, around 30% of this number is a variable tied to on-target performance.
