We’re looking for a results-oriented and driven team leader, who can balance strong strategic selling with excellent interpersonal and people management skills. You’re already an experienced manager who has developed and executed best-in-class sales processes and methodologies. You’ll inherit an existing high performing team and will lead and develop these Account Executives.We are open to remote candidate based in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, NV, TX, UT or WA.The range for on-target earnings for this role is $260,000 – $300,000. Around 40% of on-target earnings will be a performance based variable.What You’ll Be DoingBuild, develop, and manage a team of high performing Enterprise Sales Account Executives responsible for growing our new business in the Enterprise segment and exceeding targetsContinue to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the enterprise segment devising playbooks and applying your knowledge of best practicesMotivate, hire and develop the Account Executives under your leadership, providing them with support they need to drive new sales and drive personal developmentSupport for Account Executives in active cycles providing guidance and coaching as well as assisting in complex negotiationsMonitor and report on key performance metrics and forecasts to the Chief Sales Officer and other company leadersWork collaboratively with marketing, revenue ops and others to drive the overall businessSupport Account Executives and represent LeanData in face to face meetings with customers and prospects and at industry eventsRequirements2+ years of experience of new business focused B2B SaaS enterprise sales management5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise salesExperience selling SaaS software into revenue operations, sales leadership or marketing leadership personasStrong leadership skills and the ability to foster cross-collaboration, build team identity and winning cultureExcellent quantitative skills and the ability to create, analyze and manage sales and financial metricsA roll up your sleeves, be in the details and get things done mentality.Located in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, NV, TX, UT or WA
