Our client, a global trim supplier in the fashion industry, is seeking a Sales Manager/Account Executive to join their team on a hybrid schedule (4 days a week in office) in Corona, CA. The ideal candidate will embody a sales mindset, actively reaching out to existing and new clients, fostering relationships, and establishing networks while delivering exemplary service.

Job Duties Include:

Drive annual revenue growth through increased sales to current customers and acquisition of new clientsDevelop and present yearly customer-specific budgets and product strategies for approvalIdentify and nurture new client relationships through networkingCollaborate to coordinate all stages of product development, from prototype creation to order delivery including budget meetings, sample development, bulk orders, etc.Collaborate with customers to maintain balance of core and seasonal products in the assortmentDevelop understanding of customer business and product offerings including analysis of websites and store visits to provide insightful reportsDeliver exceptional customer service and liaise effectively with internal teamsGenerate reports comparing actual performance to plans, conducting re-forecasting, and offering insights on sales initiativesMaintain knowledge of industry news, market trends, and competitor activitiesReview collection briefs or customer development requestsCreate technical prototype cardsFacilitate communication between design office and clients to oversee development progressMonitor prototype manufacturingEnsure adherence to manufacturing deadlines for prototypes and ordersCollaborate to calculate manufacturing costs and optimize themCollaborate to address unforeseen issues

Job Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field3-5+ years of corporate sales experience within the fashion industryExperience in product development or comparable positions would be a plusEntrepreneurial mindsetSelf-directed and outcome-focused management styleStrong analytical abilities with strong attention to detailProactive critical thinking approachDedication to customer satisfactionUnderstanding and passion for the industryCommitment to innovation in organizational practices, services, and products

Salary: $65-75K + Yearly bonus
