What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure 100% client retention rate for assigned book of businessDevelop and execute expansion and growth plans for clients, focusing on new product opportunitiesServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, promoting value through excellent client experiencesProvide internal reporting on client status and growth potentialAddress client complaints and concerns to enhance overall client experienceCollaborate with the Help Desk to prioritize and resolve client issues in a timely mannerUnderstand and ensure compliance with client contracts and deliverablesAssist with accounts receivable process to ensure timely paymentsObtain client approval for new project work and provide accurate reportingDrive client renewal process by gathering required materials and presenting them in a timely mannerMaintain accurate client data in Salesforce and schedule necessary client downtime for maintenance and upgradesPerform other duties as assigned by manager
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Success Manager or similar role, preferably in a public health settingProven experience in cross-selling, upselling, and adding value to clientsStrong contract interpretation and compliance skillsExceptional communication and relationship-building abilitiesTechnical proficiency related to the use of the product or serviceStrong accountability and personal organization skillsExcellent presentation, writing, and communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate with individuals of varying technical aptitudes and backgroundsFamiliarity with Smartsheet, Salesforce, and MS Office SuiteBachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the public health sectorFamiliarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and/or ConfluenceExperience in a SaaS organization providing technical solutions to government agenciesExperience working with Federal agencies, public health agencies, laboratories, or member-based organizations
